Women's Gathering: Mothering Q&A

  • Riley Household 5390 Eldridge Street Arvada United States (map)

Join us on this Saturday morning over coffee, tea, and brunchy goodness for a Q&A around mothering.

Mothering with purpose and intention is something we all desire but often get off track or wonder if what we’re doing will really produce children who grow up loving the Lord all the days of their life. While we know that it is ultimately the work of God that does this, families, specifically parents, are the main tool God uses to bring up our children to be people who are equipped to live righteously in this world.

We will discuss what mothering/parenting looks like with the end goal in mind (children who grow up loving God all of their days), how to create a family culture that aligns with a biblical view of family (and how that practically looks different from family to family) and then spend time diving into some practicals (how do you/when do you have __ conversation or how do you discipline a 2 year old vs a 10 year old or what are some family rhythms that we could use in our family to shape the loves of our children).

If you’re able to bring something to share with others during this Q&A, please sign up here.

Oh yea, two more things:

First, Floral Arranging 101 has been bumped to next summer when we will have access to Laura Seldomridge's garden!

Second, save the date for our December gathering on Saturday the 4th. Cait Ahlenius will teach us how to make candles (great gift idea, right?!).
